And why is the “famously reclusive” singer, songwriter and composer one of the most gentle and sensual “soldiers of love” in the music industry…
I must admit that I am a big fan of smooth and soul jazz. And of R&B too. And we (the fans) are all blessed with the records of dozens of talented music artists. But there is no one like Sade Adu.
The beautiful singer is born in Nigeria, but spends most of her life in England. She has studied in Saint Martin’s School of Art and started her career early on when still in college (in 1983).
Now we know her as one of most sensual singers of all time with her hit songs “Smooth operator”, “The Sweetest taboo”, “No ordinary love”, “By your side”, “Your love is king”, “King of sorrow”, “Paradise”, “Jezebel” and many others. Her style and voice is among the most recognizable ones out there. Passion and Sensuality are trademarks of her rhythmic melodies. I personally feel her voice and as a warm embrace. Full of both love and sorrow the songs express deep feelings and captivate the listener right away. Tenderness and honesty are distinctive characteristics of Sade’s Albums. The rhythm is always splendid and evokes in me the desire to dance gracefully.
Overall imagination is a big part of appreciating Sade’s music. With a musical career spanning over 30 years this incredible female artist has earned a secure place in the hearts of every person who loves heartfelt and pulsating melodic music.
That is why I urge you to discover or rediscover SADE!
